SEEKING YOU

We are based in Paris, France, and actively growing globally. We’re looking for an experienced commission-based B2B commercial/sales freelancer to partner with to grow corporate relationships regionally – driving new partnerships, securing bookings, and building repeat business with HR, L&D, leadership and client teams. For the right person, a future retainer / salaried role / partnership may be discussed. As one of our sales faces in the markets, you will focus on driving new and impactful corporate partnerships, generating repeat opportunities, and earning ongoing commission, all with full flexibility and independence.

What you’ll do - the role

  • Prospect and engage corporate decision-makers (CXO, HR, L&D, leadership, department heads/directors, office managers, sales/client teams)
  • Introduce and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality
  • Convert conversations into confirmed bookings
  • Nurture repeat business and long-term client relationships
  • Act as a trusted first touchpoint and commercial lead in your market

What we’re looking for - the ideal fit

  • Strong B2B sales / partnerships background (large organizations)
  • Experience with corporate services, HR/L&D, key accounts, events, hospitality, wellness etc. (any)
  • Comfortable with commission-only, relationship-led selling
  • Professional, persuasive, and confident presenting to corporate stakeholders
  • English (professional) required, other languages a bonus (especially French or German)
  • Based locally with citizenship or full rights to work independently (as a sales freelancer or through your company)

  • You invoice commissions and manage your own tax/social setup/insurance in your country

Requirements

  • Sales experience (account acquisition/management) with large organizations/key accounts
  • Ok with working on commission-only.
  • Freelance agent commercial/sales or experienced B2B sales profile
  • Background in corporate services, HR, events, wellness, or creative industries
  • Fluent in English - other languages bonus
  • Self-driven, professional, and comfortable presenting to corporate clients
