About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to join a high-performing Sales Planning & Operations team, leading strategic market expansion initiatives across the EMEIA region.

This is a highly collaborative role for a commercially minded programme leader who thrives on delivering complex business change. You will lead large-scale, cross-functional programmes that support entry into new markets, establish operational infrastructure and enable long-term business growth.

You'll be a proactive self-starter with exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across multiple teams. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, you’ll combine strategic thinking with meticulous execution to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple strategic programmes from feasibility and planning through to implementation and delivery.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects involving commercial, operational and technical stakeholders across EMEIA and global teams.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources and governance structures.
  • Gather, challenge and clarify business requirements, ensuring alignment across functions.
  • Develop project plans, manage risks, dependencies and issue resolution throughout programme delivery.
  • Drive governance forums, steering committees and executive programme reviews.
  • Communicate programme status, milestones, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Adapt project approaches as priorities evolve, ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure programmes remain aligned to business priorities.
  • Champion programme management best practice, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the wider organisation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on programme management, supporting other teams across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
