As Part of the Sales Team
You will join a Commercial organisation that sits at the heart of delivering Reckitt's ambition of bringing better health to more hands, every day. Working across Sales, you will help drive growth, shape customer partnerships and bring some of the world's most trusted brands to millions of consumers.
Throughout the scheme, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple commercial disciplines, partnering with leading retailers including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Boots, Home Bargains, Amazon, and more. You'll learn how great brands win in the marketplace, how strategic decisions are made, and how commercial teams work together to deliver sustainable growth.
From day one, you'll be trusted with meaningful responsibilities, encouraged to challenge convention, and empowered to contribute ideas that create value for consumers, customers and Reckitt. You'll experience first-hand how we think big, execute brilliantly, and work together to deliver lasting impact.

As a Sales Future Leader, you will:

An Assessment Centre will be held in January 2027
Start date will be Monday 6th September 2027
This role will be based at our office in Slough, Berkshire, so you would need to be comfortable commuting to this location regularly; we operate on a dynamic working schedule, and you can expect to work from home 2 days a week and 3 days in the office.
