What You'll Be Doing

- Build and develop relationships with customers across your region
- Visit construction sites and customer locations
- Work with contractors, engineers and project managers
- Learn how major construction projects operate
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Provide technical solutions to customer challenges
- Work closely with depot, operations and engineering teams
- Develop your commercial awareness and sales skills
Every day will be different, giving you the opportunity to build confidence and develop valuable customer-facing and commercial skills.
Your Development
Our structured programme combines practical experience, mentoring and formal training to help you develop into a successful Technical Sales professional.
You'll learn how to:
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Identify and win new business
- Present confidently to customers
- Understand temporary works and technical construction solutions
- Manage customer accounts and projects
- Grow revenue within your territory
- Make effective commercial decisions
- Become a trusted Technical Sales professional
You'll also gain experience across sales, operations, engineering and depot functions, giving you a well-rounded understanding of the business.
