SALES GRADUATE - LONDON HQ

As Sales Graduate, you will support the delivery of proactive and commercially focused sales activities across edyn’s portfolio. Working within the Central Sales team at Head Office, you will assist with the coordination and administration of sales processes, account management activities, lead management, and sales reporting across multiple market segments and European jurisdictions.

The role is responsible for supporting the maintenance of accurate sales records, preparing client presentations, coordinating follow-up activity, and ensuring client information is effectively managed within the CRM system. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to support the delivery of revenue opportunities and ensure sales activities are progressed in a timely and well-organised manner.

By supporting the accurate administration and analysis of sales activity, maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients, and assisting with pipeline and performance reporting, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the sales function and the achievement of commercial objectives. This role is a 1 year fixed-term contract, based five days a week in our London Bridge Head Office.

THE STAGE IS SET

The stage is set for something different. We don’t run conventional hotels; we build places with character and intent.

What began as a small UK aparthotel portfolio has grown into a European collection recognised for design and atmosphere - and we’re now entering a new chapter. As we redefine the brand and evolve our identity, we’re focused on creating spaces that feel compelling, contemporary, and truly distinctive. Locke leads with bold expression; Cove by Locke refines that same spirit into a quieter, more streamlined approach.

Guests come to rest, work, or escape. Comfort is a given - great beds, hot showers, genuine service. But we aim to create moments that feel memorable and a little unexpected, bringing back the sense of mood hospitality often lost.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
