What You'll Be Doing
From day one, you'll gain exposure to both the commercial and technical sides of the business.
You'll be:
- Building relationships with customers across your region
- Visiting construction sites and customer locations
- Learning how major construction projects operate
- Working with contractors, engineers, and project managers
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Managing and growing customer accounts
- Providing technical solutions to customer challenges
- Working closely with depot, operations, and engineering teams
- Developing your commercial awareness and sales skills
