Instarmac’s two-year Sales Graduate Programme

Instarmac’s two-year Sales Graduate Programme is designed to develop future Area Sales Managers and long-term business leaders.

  • From day one, you’ll have a clear career pathway, hands-on experience, and real responsibility with progression into a field-based Area Sales Manager role within two years.
  • As you move into the Area Sales Manager role, your package will include a company car, additional bonus, rewarding performance, and growth.

A key feature of the programme is “Role Appreciation”, which touches on all areas of the business from Production, Warehouse, and Transport to all support functions.

This means spending time embedded in different departments to truly understand how the business operates, gaining first-hand insight into manufacturing, logistics, and operations.

You’ll build cross-functional knowledge, stronger internal relationships, and develop the commercial awareness needed to become a well-rounded sales leader.

You Will Also

Requirements

  • Degree (any discipline)
  • Full UK driving licence (or test booked)
  • Ability to commute daily to Tamworth
