Are you looking for a new challenge? Fancy helping us shape the future of motor insurance? Prima could be the place for you. Since 2015, we’ve been using our love of data and tech to rethink motor insurance and bring drivers a great experience at a great price. Our story began in Italy, where we’ve quickly become the number one online motor insurance provider. In fact, we’re trusted by over 5 million drivers. And now we’re expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain.
To help fuel that growth, we need a Sales Growth Associate to join our UK Sales team. As part of this team, you'll play a key role in shaping the growth of Prima's UK business. You'll own the commercial performance of key customer journeys, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience and profitability. Working cross-functionally with teams across the business, you'll turn insights into action, influence strategic decisions and deliver measurable business impact. Excited to make an impact? Here are the details
What you’ll do
- Own the commercial performance of key customer journeys, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience and profitability
- Use data to understand customer behaviour, commercial performance and market trends, turning insights into actions that drive business growth
- Build business cases, prioritise opportunities and influence commercial decisions through structured analysis and clear recommendations
- Partner with Pricing, Tech, Customer Care and Claims to design, deliver and optimise high-impact initiatives that improve customer and business outcomes
- Define success metrics, monitor business performance and build Tableau dashboards to measure the impact of initiatives and support data-driven decision making
- Launch, test and continuously optimise products, propositions and customer journeys to unlock further growth opportunities

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
