We produce high-value, sustainable luxury socks crafted here in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Having moved beyond our proof-of-concept phase, we are entering a significant commercial growth period. I am looking for an ambitious, resilient and commercially minded professional to join me in scaling a premium British brand.
This role blends high-end retail outreach (B2B) with direct-to-consumer brand engagement (B2C). Working directly alongside me, you will manage the full sales pipeline — from first contact through to final invoice — and play a central role in shaping our market presence.
If you are commercially astute, appreciate luxury British craftsmanship, and want your performance to directly influence your earnings, this role will suit you.

📍 Location: Burgess Hill (Workshop/Office Based)
💰 Compensation: Competitive base salary + clear, uncapped individual & team commission

- Resilience: The determination to proactively open doors in the premium retail sector.
- Adaptable Communication: Confidently shifting between boutique wholesale negotiations and individual customer care.
- Detail Focus: Precision in managing pipelines, orders, and accurate tracking.
- Proximity: A local professional able to commute daily to our Burgess Hill facility.
