Job Title
We're not looking for someone to simply manage marketing activities — we're looking for someone who can build a customer acquisition system from the ground up for a product or company.
The core responsibility of this role is to understand the customer, define the right ICP, uncover real pain points and buying motivations, test the right messaging and channels, personally close the first sales, and turn what works into a scalable sales/growth system.
This is not a "marketing calendar manager" role. We're looking for a GTM builder — someone who can understand a market, find a working way to reach customers, prove it themselves, and then turn it into a system others can execute.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for B2B SaaS company, moving systematically through discovery, building, selling, proving, and scaling phases.
- Conduct deep customer discovery by having one-on-one conversations with existing customers, analyzing lost deals, uncovering real pain points, and defining the exact Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging hooks across various channels.
- Take a hands-on approach in the early stages to personally close initial sales: run outreach yourself, test diverse acquisition channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, paid, direct mail), and conduct prospect meetings.
- Design, configure, and manage the CRM and sales funnels to accurately track the Lead → Meeting → Opportunity conversion metrics.
- Translate successful customer acquisition models into a repeatable, scalable GTM playbook.
- Build, recruit, and train a high-performing sales/SDR team, set up KPI reporting, and eventually hand off the proven acquisition model to them.
- Replicate and apply this proven growth methodology to launch and scale new B2B SaaS and technology products within our portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
