Sales & Growth Lead
Salary: £50-60,000
Our client is a market leader within their industry with sites across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Sales & Growth Manager to implement the growth and sales strategy for the business. This role is a result of strong growth within the company and within key areas of the business. A vital recruit, you will have responsibility for focusing sales strategies and turning these into clear and concise sales priorities. Areas of involvement will include the following:
- Working with and translating strategy into focused and clear sales tasks and actions
- Looking at growth areas for the business, focusing on the where, what, and why, focusing key priorities
- Involved with setting group and individual targets and assessing daily sales activities and routine
- Working with and maximising usage of their CRM system to assess and continually monitor performance within specific areas, reporting on findings
- Could the customer success journey be improved, if so how, and being that key point of contact internally and externally to implement any changes
- Reporting on performance and analysis of data to look at possible gaps and supporting incentives within the business
- Working with the wider business to partner with other departments to enable effective forecasting, looking at staffing demand and assessing new projects
- Working with Marketing to look at campaigns and customer promotions and working with Tech to implement change and monitor its effectiveness
- Leadership involvement looking at training and development to consistently assess organic growth within the business

- Experience gained within a similar leadership role within sales, parts, or service
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of sales and margin performance
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing customer-focused sales strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence analyzing sales data and using it to make commercial decisions
- Experience using CRM, ERP, and other digital business systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple locations
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
