About Workstyle
Workstyle is looking for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial and commercially minded to help us grow.
Perhaps you're the person who spots opportunities others don't. You're good at getting people interested in an idea. You make things happen. You're ambitious, persuasive and comfortable figuring things out as you go. You have enthusiasm and the ability to excite people.
You'll also be genuinely interested in how work is changing, particularly what AI means for organisations and the people within them.
You might never have had ‘sales’ in your job title. That's fine.
About the Role
This is a commission-based opportunity with lots of autonomy. You'll work closely with our small team - including with our Co-Founder - to find opportunities, build relationships and turn interest in Workstyle into sales.
Requirements
We're much more interested in what you could do than whether you've done this exact job before. No direct experience necessary, but energy, enthusiasm and transferrable skills are essential!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Workstyle
This opportunity comes with full autonomy over when and where you work. We care about the outputs and outcomes you achieve, not when, where or how you get there.
We actively welcome applications from people who face structural barriers to accessing and progressing in work, including carers, older workers, parents, those living with long-term health or energy-limiting conditions, those experiencing mental health challenges, and neurodivergent or disabled applicants. If traditional ways of working haven't worked for you, that won't be a barrier here.
How to Apply
Send us a brief CV or LinkedIn profile, along with something that shows us why you think you'd be brilliant at this.

It could be a written statement, short video, visual, presentation or something else entirely. We're deliberately not prescribing the format.
We'd love to understand:
- What makes you think you'd be good at creating and converting opportunities?
- Tell us about something you've made happen that probably wouldn't have happened without you.
- Why does Workstyle and being part of creating a better future of work interest you?
You don't need to answer these as three formal questions, simply use them as prompts and show us why you think you’d be excellent.
Maximum: 500 words, 1-minute video or equivalent.
We're reviewing applications as they come in and will keep this opportunity open until we find the right person. We're hoping to get someone started as soon as possible. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an informal conversation with us.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
