Consultant (Sales & GTM)

Position: Consultant – Executive Presentation Review & Reconstruction (Sales & GTM)

Type: Contractor

Compensation: $150–$350/hour

Location: Remote

About the Opportunity

micro1 is engaging experienced Sales & Go-to-Market (GTM) Consultants and industry operators to contribute to a customer project focused on executive-level business presentations and advanced AI system development.

Selected contributors will apply their expertise in sales, revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, business development, commercial strategy, and sales enablement to review, reconstruct, and improve executive presentations. The work involves evaluating business slides from sales, revenue, and GTM contexts while documenting the reasoning behind both the changes made and the elements intentionally left unchanged.

Prior AI experience is not required. Deep subject-matter expertise in sales and GTM is the primary qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Review images of existing business slides from sales, revenue, and go-to-market presentations intended for executive audiences.
  • Reconstruct provided slides accurately in Microsoft PowerPoint while improving visual storytelling, hierarchy, and data visualization.
  • Edit and enhance slide content while preserving or elevating clarity, messaging, and executive-ready presentation quality.
  • Create a comprehensive reasoning log for each assignment documenting every change made and every element intentionally left unchanged.
  • Provide explicit rationale for presentation, content, design, and messaging decisions.
  • Assess slide effectiveness based on:
    • Message hierarchy
    • Action-oriented titles
    • Exhibit selection
    • Audience relevance
    • Visual storytelling
    • Data presentation
  • Apply sales and GTM expertise to ensure presentations accurately communicate commercial and business insights.
  • Participate in project-based, sprint-style assignments, with individual tasks typically requiring 1–2 hours.
  • Communicate presentation findings and recommendations clearly through written documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
