Overview

We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales & Installations Administrator to support our Sales & Installations Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling installations and acting as a key point of contact between customers and fitting teams. Previous experience within the glazing, door and window, or wider construction industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule installation appointments efficiently
  • Communicate with customers and fitting teams via telephone and email
  • Support the Installations Team with day-to-day scheduling and administration
  • Monitor installation schedules and resolve any issues or changes
  • Maintain accurate records using internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Ensure a high level of customer service at all times

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in the glazing, door and window, or construction industry preferred
  • Strong telephone manner and confident communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
  • Comfortable working unsupervised and using own initiative
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • General administrative experience, including databases, spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Outlook

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience starting at £13.50/hour
  • Full-time, permanent position 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
