SpotsBooking is a growing platform helping salons and beauty businesses manage and grow their businesses while making it easier for customers to discover and book beauty services.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join our growing team and help us onboard salons across London, Manchester, and other major cities in the UK. This position is specifically focused on the UK market.
The Role
As a Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, lead generation, and customer acquisition while helping SpotsBooking expand its presence across the UK.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Identifying and researching potential salon partners across the UK.
- Contacting salons through cold calling, email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Following up with potential salon partners and maintaining communication.
- Introducing SpotsBooking and explaining the benefits of the platform.
- Supporting the onboarding of new salons.
- Conducting or supporting in-person salon visits in London, Manchester, and other major UK cities.
- Maintaining records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Providing feedback on the sales process and helping improve our outreach strategy.

Learning & Mentorship
This internship provides practical experience in:
- B2B sales
- Lead generation
- Cold calling and outreach
- Negotiation and communication
- Business development
- Customer acquisition
- Startup sales
- CRM and sales pipeline management
You will receive direct guidance and mentorship while working on real sales opportunities.
Compensation
Compensation is performance-based. For salons successfully acquired through your own sales efforts, you can earn:
- €50 per successfully onboarded salon
- €80 per successfully onboarded premium salon
You may work with leads provided by SpotsBooking or identify your own prospects. Performance-based compensation applies when you take ownership of the outreach process, including contacting, following up with, and helping convert the salon through your own efforts.

- Comfortable communicating with salon owners and business managers.
- Interested in sales, entrepreneurship, and business development.
- Confident making calls and approaching new businesses.
- Organized and consistent with follow-ups.
- Willing to learn and take feedback.
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
- Based in the UK and able to approach salons in the UK.
- Fluent in English.
Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. What matters most is your motivation, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
