Are you looking to master the mechanics of high-stakes commercial growth from the ground up, or are you an experienced closer ready to scale your income with total autonomy?
We are expanding our commercial operations across our ecosystem (Raznameh.org, sisMatrix.com, and CollabMatrix.com) and are looking for ambitious talent across two distinct tracks. Whether you are building your foundation as an intern or bringing seasoned expertise as a senior professional, you will be at the forefront of driving our market presence.
Available Tracks
Sales & Lead Generation Intern (5% Commission)
- A rigorous, hands-on immersive experience requiring a minimum 6-month commitment.
- This is an unpaid internship designed to build elite commercial skills, backed by a 5% commission on all closed deals and full support for university internship credits.
Senior Sales & Marketing Professional (10% Commission)
- For autonomous, battle-tested commercial experts with a proven history of hunting, negotiating, and closing B2B deals.
- Enjoy high-yielding returns with a lucrative 10% commission structure.
Comprehensive Role Breakdown & Daily Responsibilities
Regardless of the track you choose, your day-to-day will revolve around driving revenue and expanding our footprint through active, frontline commercial execution:
- Targeted Lead Generation & Prospecting: Dive deep into market research to identify, map, and build high-quality target lists of prospective enterprise clients, key decision-makers, and strategic partners. You will define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and source actionable contact intelligence.
- High-Volume Cold Calling & Outbound Outreach: Step away from passive marketing and take direct action. Execute strategic cold calling campaigns, navigate gatekeepers, deliver compelling value propositions on the fly, handle early-stage objections, and turn cold prospects into warm, booked meetings.
- Proposal Structuring & Commercial Negotiation: Take the lead in high-stakes discussions. Present customized proposals, dissect client requirements, navigate budget constraints, expertly handle complex objections, and drive negotiations across the finish line to secure signed contracts.
- Pipeline Lifecycle & CRM Management: Maintain meticulous visibility over your entire sales pipeline. Track every touchpoint, forecast conversion stages, and manage ongoing follow-ups to ensure a smooth, professional transition from the initial cold call to finalized onboarding.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
