We're working with a growing organisation operating within the sport and physical activity sector, supporting programmes that create positive opportunities for young people and communities. As the organisation continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to help develop new partnerships and support continued commercial growth.
About the Role
This is a hands-on sales role focused on identifying new opportunities, building relationships and converting prospects into long-term partners. You will take ownership of your pipeline, develop targeted outreach strategies and work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.

You will…
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop targeted outreach and sales strategies
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers
- Manage opportunities from initial contact through to agreement
- Tailor proposals and presentations to individual prospects
- Track pipeline activity, conversion and performance
- Develop long-term relationships across the wider sport and physical activity sector

About you…
- 2+ years experience in sales or business development
- University educated
- A good understanding of the education system and what matters to decision-makers
- An understanding of youth sport provision
- Confident in engaging senior stakeholders
- Articulate, persuasive and commercially minded
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales data
