About the Role
Lead day-to-day operations of the marketing suite, ensuring it consistently reflects the brand’s premium positioning and is always presentation-ready for viewings.
Drive direct sales by proactively managing customer enquiries, follow-ups, and appointments and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local estate agents to maximise referral sales and market reach.
Monitor, record, and report weekly sales activity, visitor numbers, feedback, and key performance indicators to senior management.
Work closely with marketing to support local campaigns and events that generate leads and drive footfall.

Requirements
- Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within London’s new homes market.
- Strong understanding of working with local agents and driving referral sales.
- Highly organised with excellent reporting skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and an eye for design and quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional buyer experience.
- Proficient in CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a ‘hands-on’ approach.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of the London property market.
- Strong team player who can also work independently.
