Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive / Sales Lead to support continued growth across the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector.

The role will focus on developing enterprise relationships, identifying new opportunities and growing revenue across ServiceNow and wider transformation services. You will work closely with the leadership, consulting teams, and the wider ServiceNow ecosystem to develop and progress strategic client opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and grow existing relationships across TMT accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior and executive client stakeholders.
  • Develop account strategies, pipeline, and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Shape proposals, commercial models, and value-led client propositions.
  • Work closely with ServiceNow Account Executives and Solution Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to shape solutions around client requirements.

Experience

  • Strong enterprise sales or Account Executive background.
  • Good experience and network across the TMT sector.
  • Experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem or selling ServiceNow-related consulting/services.
  • Track record of developing and closing complex technology or transformation opportunities.
  • Strong senior stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and commercial skills.
  • Experience within consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology would be beneficial.
