Hiring a Closer
We do water filtration properly: premium whole-house systems sold through a consultative process — WhatsApp, phone, and Google Meet appointments. No cold calling. Marketing delivers warm enquiries every day; your job is to close them, then take full ownership of the direct sales channel and build the machine that closes at scale.
What You'll Own
- Closing — warm inbound leads and booked appointments (phone, WhatsApp, Google Meet). This is the job before anything else
- The direct channel — revenue is your number, end to end
- The playbook — qualification, follow-up cadences, objection handling, quote-to-close
- The pipeline — CRM discipline (GoHighLevel), speed-to-lead, aged-lead reactivation
- The team — as volume grows you'll hire and manage reps. You're the founder of this function

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How to Apply
Send your CV and answer these:
- The highest-ticket product you've sold, and your numbers — close rate, average deal, revenue?
- Walk me through a deal you closed that most reps would have lost.
- Have you built or improved a sales process or playbook? What changed?
- Base and OTE expectations?
- How easy is it for you to get to Shoreditch ~3 days a week?
