About the Role

As our Sales Lead Qualifier, you will be the driving force behind our new business pipeline, identifying growth opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified appointments for our Business Development team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospect & Connect: Reach out to prospective and existing small-to-medium enterprise (SME) clients via outbound calling, targeted emails, and inbound enquiry follow-ups.
  • Consultative Discovery: Conduct brief, high-impact needs analyses around clients' mobile, fixed-line, connectivity, and business communications setup.
  • Pre-Sell & Excite: Introduce the value of our solutions, handle initial objections with confidence, and secure qualified meetings for our Field Business Development Managers.
  • Pipeline & Diary Management: Manage your daily outreach, maintain CRM data integrity, and coordinate meeting schedules with field colleagues.
  • Hit & Exceed Targets: Work towards clear monthly volume and appointment targets in a structured, compliant, and rewarding sales environment.

What We're Looking For

  • A confident, articulate telephone manner with the ability to build instant rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Great listening skills and the instinct to ask probing questions to uncover customer pain points.
  • Self-Motivated & Organised. Able to thrive independently, managing your diary and call cycles effectively.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms

Our dream candidate will also have:

  • Prior experience in outbound B2B sales, appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Knowledge of the Telecoms/IT sector. Familiarity with business mobile, cloud telephony, or fixed-line services is a strong bonus, but full solution training is provided.
