Sales Manager – Credit & Public Equity

We are partnering with a high-growth global research and insights business that is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to lead its Credit & Public Equity commercial team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional who has built a strong track record as an individual contributor before progressing into sales leadership.

You will lead a team of approximately 8–10 Sales Associates, taking responsibility for their development, performance and commercial output, while also playing a key role in shaping the wider growth strategy across Europe.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the sales team, ensuring individuals are supported, developed and consistently performing against their targets.

Alongside team management, the role has a significant strategic element. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop 6, 9 and 12-month commercial plans, while contributing to a broader 2–3 year strategy focused on scaling the business across Europe.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
