Company Description

Heidihealth.com is a $65M Series B healthcare AI company building an ambient medical scribe that automates clinical documentation for NHS trusts and global practices.

Location

London, UK

Job Description

As Sales Leader at Heidihealth.com, you will build and scale the UK sales function from the ground up. This hands-on player-coach role involves shaping GTM strategies, closing key enterprise deals with NHS trusts, and mentoring a growing team of SDRs and AEs to revolutionize how clinicians manage their administrative workload.

Why this role is remarkable

  • Lead the UK expansion of a high-growth AI native product that is already gaining massive traction within the NHS and private practices.
  • Join a well-funded $65M Series B startup where you have the autonomy to build the sales playbook and culture from scratch rather than inheriting one.
  • Directly impact healthcare by scaling a tool that removes the administrative burden from doctors, allowing them to focus entirely on patient care.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end UK sales strategy, managing a hybrid GTM motion that spans from PLG-driven adoption to complex enterprise NHS trust deployments.
  • Operate as a player-coach, directly closing major deals while simultaneously building and coaching a high-performing team of SDRs, AEs, and partnership managers.
  • Refine the UK sales playbook, including outbound strategies, qualification frameworks, and navigating the complexities of healthcare procurement and NHS clinical cycles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven B2B SaaS or AI sales leadership experience at a fast-scaling startup where the core product is AI-native and disrupts traditional workflows.
  • Demonstrated career progression through multiple layers of a sales organization, showing a Swiss army knife ability to jump between strategy and execution.
  • Expertise in modern GTM motions, including signal-based selling, community-led growth, and transitioning self-serve users into large-scale enterprise contracts.
