Are you looking to be part of an international technology consultancy on a strong growth journey?
OBSS Technology is seeking an experienced Sales Leader at Senior Manager level to lead our UK & Europe expansion, with a strong focus on the UK market.
With a team of 1000+ professionals, we deliver end-to-end technology consulting and product development services. Our capabilities span digital platforms, cloud, and modern software development, with additional strength in data and AI.
We work with leading organisations internationally in Financial Services, supporting banks, fintechs, and insurance companies in digital transformation, platform modernisation, and business-critical technology initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in our UK expansion, for an experienced sales professional with a background in Financial Services, Digital Banking, and FinTech.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Leader to drive new business growth within the Financial Services ecosystem in the UK & Europe to build on the success that OBSS has had with international clients. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will focus on acquiring new clients, managing the full sales cycle, and positioning OBSS as a trusted partner in technology-driven transformation initiatives, including AI and data capabilities.

You will work closely with leadership and delivery teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and convert them into long-term consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across Financial Services accounts in the UK, with a strong focus on new client acquisition
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and position value-driven solutions
- Identify client challenges and opportunities across digital transformation, platform modernisation, cloud, data, and AI, aligning OBSS offerings accordingly
- Collaborate closely with delivery and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and client proposals
- Support account development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth within existing clients
- Contribute to the execution of the UK go-to-market approach, in alignment with overall commercial objectives
- Close collaboration with the marketing team to contribute and support outbound initiatives, events, messaging, and partnership relations
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Stay informed on market trends and developments within Financial Services to identify new opportunities

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales within technology consulting or IT services
- Strong experience within Financial Services (Banking, FinTech, Insurance, Payments, etc.)
- Experience in selling Core Banking Transformation, Cloud-Native migrations, and API-first architectures to Tier-1 and Tier-2 UK banks and the ability to navigate the 'Build vs. Buy' conversation
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and achieving sales targets
- C-suite contacts across Financial Services including High Street banks, Neobanks, and Building Societies
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience selling digital transformation, software, cloud, data, or AI-related solutions
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven and comfortable operating in a growing, international environment
