Location: US / UK/Europe

This is an entrepreneurial business-building role—not simply a sales-management position. The leader will create the market, open executive doors, win strategic accounts, and build the organization required to scale.

  • Build the business from the ground up—open new markets, originate opportunities, win anchor clients, and establish the regional organisation.
  • Personally develop and close large, complex enterprise opportunities across AI Data, HITL, Model Evaluation, Trust & Safety, and AI Operations.
  • Build deep relationships with CXOs, AI/ML, Data & Engineering leaders, Procurement, and other business stakeholders.
  • Develop multi-million-dollar strategic accounts through expansion, cross-sell, and long-term partnerships.
  • Partner with India-based delivery and solutioning teams to create high-quality, scalable, and commercially compelling solutions.
  • Build strategic partnerships and channels that accelerate market access and growth.
  • Represent IndiVillage with key clients, partners, and the broader AI ecosystem.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
