We are currently looking for a Sales Ledger Administrator to join our Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or a permanent opportunity. This role is key to delivering excellent customer service through the efficient processing of Early Termination Waivers, managing customer task queues within SLA, and supporting the wider Sales Ledger team with a range of finance activities.
You'll be joining a collaborative Finance team that works closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver a One Zenith approach. The team is focused on providing excellent service, maintaining accurate financial processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the smooth and effective running of the finance function.
What's The Role
- Process Early Termination Waivers and manage related customer queries
- Issue and review claim forms in line with service level agreements
- Produce monthly GAI bordereau reports within agreed timescales
- Resolve tasks within the ZA payments queue and maintain low aged cases
- Post customer cash across various areas of the business as required
- Raise invoices and credit notes accurately, understanding their financial impact
- Support finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
