Job Description
Supporting the revenue finance team and wider business stakeholders, you will help ensure the accurate and timely delivery of sales invoicing and debt collection activities.
You will manage revenue streams through the order-to-cash process, reconciling sales invoices against sales orders and identifying potential missed orders or invoices. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help resolve unpaid and unbilled events, address bottlenecks and routinely follow up on outstanding debtor balances.
You will support effective sales ledger and customer management by:
- Monitoring the sales ledger inbox, taking timely action and maintaining accurate filing.
- Creating customer accounts and supporting onboarding activities.
- Cleansing debtor ledger data, updating customer details and allocating receipts.
- Responding to customer queries and supporting account reconciliations.
- Maintaining detailed records of remittance advice, collection stages and payment timelines.
- Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting, debt escalation and audit data requests.
- Supporting foreign bank verification, bank allocations and the identification of related debtor accounts and invoices.

You will also prepare month end and intercompany statements, update email addresses in SUN to support automated invoice distribution and assist with testing the new Enterprise Resource Planning system scheduled for rollout in 2027. You will contribute ideas for process improvement and provide wider support across the finance function when required.
Qualifications
You will have strong attention to detail and the ability to understand data and systems quickly. Comfortable working with large datasets, you can analyse information clearly and use logical, objective thinking to reach balanced conclusions.
You will be reliable and organised, presenting self reviewed work that is accurate and delivered on time. You will take a proactive and systematic approach to completing tasks, use your initiative to resolve problems and remain willing to ask questions to improve your understanding and the service provided.
