Join our Finance team as a Sales Ledger Clerk, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of client invoicing and account administration. We're looking for someone with strong Excel skills, accounting software experience, and a proactive, customer-focused approach to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
- Exporting client billing schedules from Production Management System to Finance Systems
- Processing and sending out client invoices
- Working with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders to avoid unnecessary delays to invoicing
- Responding to client queries and working with operations team to resolve them
- Performing credit checks for new and lapsed clients
- Registering and setting up new client portals
- Assisting with credit control and escalating overdue invoices
- Creating new customers on finance system and providing ID to the relevant teams
- Proactively monitor the shared accounts mailbox and organise emails into the appropriate folders
- Providing ad-hoc support to Accounts Payable and Finance Manager as required

Essential Skills and Experience
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar role
- Accounting software knowledge
- Enthusiastic and proactive with good initiative.
- Excellent communication skills both with internal and external customers
