Job Overview
This position will provide financial support for the UK region by undertaking external client billing, intercompany billing and assisting with managing the Work in Progress (WIP) for entities in the UK. This is a fixed term contract position with a duration of 6 months.
What will you be doing?
- Prepare, verify, and process external invoices, intercompany invoices, and credit notes in a timely and accurate manner through the accounting system.
- Communicate with internal and external parties to resolve all issues related to the processing of accounts receivables and the settlement of invoices in a timely manner.
- Monitor financial aspect of open projects by liaising with project & country managers on the status of their project WIP.
- Follow up with employees on submitting and approving timesheets.
- Assist with production of cash flow forecasting.
- Complete application for payments for OWC projects where applicable.
- Provide ad hoc tasks as required.

What are we looking for?
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years sales ledger experience in an SME finance environment.
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office package: Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Experience of working with a financial month end calendar is desirable.
- Experience of working in an international group is beneficial.
- Experience of using NetSuite is desirable.
Further Information
This position will be based at our office in Norwich. You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
