Sales Ledger Coordinator | International Media Production

£30,000 to £37,000 + benefits
Hybrid | London

I am working with a well established, genuinely global name in a similar media business on an Accounts Receivable Coordinator hire within their Finance team. They are looking for someone with solid sales ledger or accounts receivable experience who wants ownership over their own patch of the ledger rather than sitting in a purely processing role.

The role covers:

  • Exporting client billing schedules from the Production Management System into Finance Systems
  • Processing and issuing client invoices
  • Working with Project Managers to secure purchase orders and avoid invoicing delays
  • Handling client queries alongside the operations team
  • Running credit checks for new and lapsed clients
  • Setting up new client portals
  • Supporting credit control and escalating overdue invoices
  • Creating new customers on the finance system
  • Managing the shared accounts mailbox
  • Ad-hoc support to Accounts Payable and the Finance Manager

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
