We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our growing, friendly and busy team on a full-time basis.
At HPC, we’re an independent, family-run estate agency and our team is at the heart of what we do. We’re proud of the relationships we build with our clients and the service we provide, and we’re looking for someone who shares that approach.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident, hardworking and genuinely enjoys working with people.
Someone who takes pride in what they do, enjoys being busy, has great attention to detail and understands that excellent customer service is at the heart of a successful estate agency.

✔️ Previous experience in sales and/or lettings ✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills ✔️ A positive and professional approach ✔️ Confidence dealing with clients, tenants, landlords and buyers ✔️ Good organisation and attention to detail ✔️ A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in ✔️ The ability to work independently whilst being part of a close-knit team ✔️ A genuine passion for property and helping people
🚗 Essential: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required for this role.
