As Sales & Lettings Coordinator, Your Role Will Include

  • Manage the sales process end to end for student contracts and the wider SPACE development.
  • Manage marketing of accommodation via portals and agent’s listings/websites.
  • Conducting prospect viewings and development show rounds.
  • Convert prospects and leads into bookings to achieve targeted leasing numbers.
  • Plan and organise daily activities to maximise the time to achieve targeted booking numbers.
  • Handling the onboarding process of the clients along with maintaining an active sales pipeline.
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Handling objections and providing satisfactory after sales service.
  • Project manage and assist in the staging of professional marketing photos.
  • Creating adverts, whether this be on Student Crowd, Instagram, Facebook fully utilising social media.
  • Working closely with the Marketing Department to produce ideas to help build the brand.
  • Weekend and evening work will be required.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous sales experience in a similar role.
  • Influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Word/Excel and Microsoft competent.
  • Internet and Web confident.
  • Good organisational skills. The role is based in St Andrews, full time and working from the development.
