Prime Central London | Luxury Residential Property
Are you an experienced estate agency administrator looking to join a prestigious, high-end property business? We are seeking a polished, organised and proactive Sales & Lettings Coordinator to support a busy Sales and Lettings team, ensuring transactions, compliance and property launches are handled seamlessly.
This is a varied role where you'll:
- Coordinate new instructions
- Manage property listings
- Support sales and tenancy progression
- Carry out AML checks
- Prepare documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, vendors, applicants and buyers
- Play a key role in maintaining accurate CRM records
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office

About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience within residential Sales and Lettings
- Strong administrative, organisational and customer service skills
- Experience with AML checks, compliance and tenancy progression
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, well-presented and confident dealing with high-net-worth clients
- MARLA and NAEA qualified, or working towards these qualifications
- Experience with Rex is advantageous but not essential
