Location - Harrow

Basic Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 OTE £35,000 - £60,000 + Uncapped

Car allowance

Required: Full UK Driving Licence and own car

Experience: At least 1 year

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join the largest estate agency brand in London and one of the fastest-growing property brands in England.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Negotiator to join a successful and growing team at their Harrow office.

You’ll be a professional, well-presented and driven individual with a proven track record in property. While your experience is important, your personality will be key to your success in this role. We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, energetic, proactive and personable, with a genuine passion for property and a strong understanding of the local market.

You’ll be confident dealing with clients, building strong relationships and negotiating effectively to achieve the best results. Your enthusiasm, market knowledge and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable addition to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Registering, qualifying and managing prospective buyers and tenants
  • Arranging and conducting professional property viewings
  • Following up with applicants after viewings and negotiating offers
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants and applicants
  • Proactively matching applicants with suitable properties based on their requirements
  • Maintaining regular and effective communication with clients throughout the sales and lettings process
  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities to support continued growth
  • Working towards and consistently achieving individual and branch targets
  • Delivering an exceptional level of customer service throughout the entire customer journey
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to maximise opportunities and grow the lettings portfolio
