Qube Residential Opportunity
Qube Residential have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join their growing team based in their Bolton office. You will be joining a fast-growing sales and lettings agency that sells and manages quality properties across the North West. Previous experience is preferred, however, full training is provided. It is a great time to join the team during this expansion.
About the Role
The sales and lettings negotiator role involves managing your own workload and diary to assist in the smooth operation of the department.

Responsibilities
- Dealing with property enquiries
- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Provide feedback to vendors and landlords
- Complete administrative tasks to ensure completion of a sale or tenancy
Requirements
The candidate should have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Confident and approachable personality
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Comfortable managing their own workload
- Full UK driving licence and use of their own vehicle
