Role Description
The Sales Management Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role involves leading and executing client sales campaigns, including planning outreach strategies, managing pipelines, and monitoring key performance metrics. The consultant will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate them into actionable sales plans, and provide ongoing performance insights and recommendations. Day-to-day activities include coaching and guiding sales teams, supporting customer interactions, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality brand representation. The role also includes contributing to leadership development initiatives, documenting best practices, and collaborating with internal colleagues to refine consulting methodologies.

- Proficiency in Sales and Account Management, including pipeline development, opportunity tracking, and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsive communication, issue resolution, and maintaining positive client and customer experiences.
- Experience leading or coaching teams in a sales environment, with a track record of driving performance and supporting professional development.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with sales metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
