Role Description

The Sales Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The individual in this role will support and execute sales campaigns, engage with prospective and existing customers, and contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets.   • Conducting face-to-face and customer interactions

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and active listening.
  • Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, respond to inquiries, and address concerns professionally.
  • Sales skills, including prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities.
  • Account Management skills to support follow-up, relationship maintenance, and basic pipeline management.
  • Training-related capabilities, such as a willingness to learn, apply coaching feedback, and support peer development.
