About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy and results-focused Sales Manager to lead our Inbound Partners (IP) sales team. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, conversion excellence, colleague engagement, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will be accountable for creating and sustaining a high-performance culture where individuals are motivated, developed, challenged and recognised to consistently exceed expectations.

As Sales Manager, you will lead from the front, using data, coaching, performance management and strong commercial judgement to maximise conversion, productivity and revenue. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, remove barriers to success and ensure the team delivers exceptional outcomes for both customers and the business.

This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast-moving sales environment, embraces accountability, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue, conversion, quality and productivity targets.
  • Create a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement where high standards are clearly defined and consistently maintained.
  • Drive performance through effective scorecard management, KPI tracking, performance reviews and robust action planning.
  • Identify underperformance quickly and implement effective coaching and performance management plans to improve results.
  • Celebrate and recognise success, creating an environment where achievement and excellence are rewarded.

Coaching & People Development

  • Deliver regular coaching, call listening, development planning and feedback sessions to maximise individual and team performance.
  • Build capability across the team by developing sales, objection handling, customer engagement and commercial skills.
  • Actively identify and nurture future talent, supporting succession planning and career development.
  • Foster a highly engaged, motivated and resilient team culture that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
