New Business Sales – Hospitality Financial Services

OTE £120k - £130k (£65k - £70k+ Commission)

UK (predominantly London) field-based | London office approximately every two weeks

The business

Established accountancy firm specialising in restaurants and hospitality seeks a Sales Executive to drive new business and UK growth. An opportunity for an experienced salesperson to expand their network, build senior relationships and help shape a growing sales function.

My client

An international provider of accountancy and advisory services to restaurant and hospitality businesses, offering bookkeeping, accounting and outsourced finance support to UK restaurants, bars, hotels and hospitality groups.

A strong reputation built on deep sector knowledge, trusted relationships and a clear understanding of the commercial challenges facing hospitality operators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, generating new business through outbound activity, networking and referrals.
  • Build trusted relationships with hospitality operators, founders, CEOs and CFOs, while representing the business at industry events.
  • Work closely with accountants and client service teams to ensure a strong customer experience.
  • Help develop sales strategy, messaging and the UK sales playbook.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience building relationships with restaurant, bar, hotel or hospitality owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong B2B new business sales track record through outbound activity, networking, referrals and relationship building.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.
  • Confidence building trusted relationships with founders, senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Experience contributing to sales processes, messaging, industry events and scalable ways of working.
