Role Description

This contract Sales Manager role is a hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth for TrustDepo’s secure transaction platform.

  • Closing deals with both individual and business customers

The role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gather customer feedback, and support go-to-market initiatives. The Sales Manager will also:

  • Track performance metrics
  • Prepare regular sales reports
  • Ensure a high standard of client service and relationship management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales, including pipeline management, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
  • Ability to understand and explain digital platforms or fintech solutions in clear, accessible terms.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between on-site meetings and remote work.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and sales reporting to guide decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
  • Previous experience in payments, fintech, or secure transaction services is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
