Job Scope
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented, quick on feet individual to join our growing team in London. The successful candidate will identify and engage prospective B2B partners to add value to our growing portfolio. Using the active support of management, you will lead negotiations against strategic and financial goals, influence decision makers by understanding their business objectives and motivations and achieve established targets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the growth strategy for EMEA.

Job Responsibilities
Your duties will include and are not limited to the following activities and tasks:
- Proactively research and identify high potential industries/leads to achieve revenue targets and performance KPIs. Ensure these align with PPG’s strategic objectives.
- Source, negotiate and win new sales contracts to strengthen PPG position as the market leader.
- Work closely and directly with the BD team, Sales & Commercial team and Marketing teams to deliver high revenue partnership opportunities.
- Develop expert understanding of the aviation market and PPG products & services.
- Expand the depth and integration of partner relationships with new business opportunities by conducting professional and effective relationship management.
- Support the Group in responding to RFIs and RFPs or other projects as required.
- Liaise with other key Group stakeholders to provide support to Group client activities.
- Develop a strong understanding of various players, their portfolio, strengths within the industry.
- Monitor direct and indirect competition, study market trends and needs, evaluate research results to deliver competitive differentiation in PPG products & services.
- Manage all new deal implementations for the region and liaise with internal teams to meet SLA’s.

Qualifications
- Educated to Graduate Level or equivalent. MBA is desirable.
- A UK Driving license is desirable.

Skills and Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in travel/aviation/hotel/mice/hospitality industry.
- Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment; readiness to take-on stretch goals.
- Exceptional relationship management, influencing and communication skills.
- Negotiation, presentation, project management and analytical skills.
- A proven sales professional with experience leveraging content and relationship-based partnerships to generate business leads.
- Prior exposure to aviation industry and financial services experience would be advantageous.
- Preference for an existing network of relevant potential industry prospects.
- A persistent will to succeed.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for learning and desire to advance sales and business skills.
- Multi-language skills considered an advantage.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Proactive, assertive and ability to use initiative.
- Appreciation of managing stakeholder expectations.
- Advanced level IT skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Prior experience using Salesforce.com is an advantage.
