Sales Manager – Advanced Engineering

Company: Auxo Advanced Engineering
Location: Derby / Hybrid
Working Pattern: 2 days per week in the Derby office
Reporting to: Divisional Director

About Auxo Advanced Engineering

Auxo is a global STEMx recruitment and workforce solutions business, connecting specialist talent with organisations shaping the future of engineering, technology and industry 4.0.

With a growing international presence and teams across the UK, US, Dubai, APAC and South Africa, we partner with some of the world’s most innovative businesses across specialist STEM markets.

Our Advanced Engineering division is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales Manager to help take the team to the next level.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take ownership of new business growth across the Advanced Engineering market.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to open doors, build genuine commercial relationships and win business. Ideally, you’ll come from an engineering recruitment background, but we’re equally interested in people from an engineering or technical sales environment who have an established network of clients, contacts and decision-makers they can leverage from day one.

You’ll join a fantastic, ambitious team with an established market presence, giving you the platform, support and opportunity to make a real impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
