Sales Manager, Cloud & AI - £350K OTE - Fortune 100 🚀
Our client is one of the three largest cloud providers in the world. Globally, the business is established. In Europe, it runs like a start-up, and its focus has moved firmly to AI.
You'll lead a small team of Business Development Managers covering the UK and Nordics. You'll decide which accounts to go after, open doors at C-level and turn pipeline into serious revenue. There are short lines to leadership and plenty of room to build from zero to one.

What you'll do
- Lead and coach a team of 6-7 Business Development Managers
- Win and grow key accounts in the UK and Nordics
- Sell cloud and AI solutions, including migrations and long-term consumption deals
- Engage C-level stakeholders and lead strategic deals yourself
- Build repeatable ways to win new logos and scale them across the team
- Work closely with solution architects, partners, marketing and HQ
What you bring
- 7+ years in cloud or AI sales, ideally public cloud
- 3+ years leading a sales team or complex cross-functional projects
- Cloud or AI-native sales experience, ideally both
- A strong UK enterprise network; Nordic experience is a plus
- Experience at a hyperscaler or a competitor is a plus
- A builder's mindset: you want to grow something, not maintain it
