Sales Manager
Berkshire | Hybrid – 3 days per week
£70,000 Base, £115,000 OTE + Excellent Benefits
Certus Recruitment is partnering with an established and growing B2B SaaS/technology business to appoint an experienced New Business Sales Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building pipeline, improving conversion, and developing a high-performing sales team.
The Role
- Lead, coach, and develop an established new-business sales team
- Drive pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue performance
- Coach across discovery, qualification, objection handling, and closing
- Run 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and forecasting
- Use CRM, call coaching, and performance data to improve results
- Embed consistent sales methodology and accountability
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology
- Proven experience leading a new-business sales team
- Strong track record in pipeline growth, conversion, and target achievement
- Excellent coaching and people-development skills
- Strong forecasting, CRM, and performance management capability
- Comfortable coaching live opportunities and managing performance

£70,000 Base + £45,000 Variable | £115,000 OTE + Benefits
