Sales Manager – Luxury Resorts & Villas (Workham Representation)
Location: Workham Hotels Ltd, 3 King John Court, London. EC2A 3EZ
Reports to: Directors of Workham Hotels Ltd with a dotted line Hotels Luxury Resorts Senior Management
Start Date: 1st October 2026
Salary: Depending on candidate experience
About the Role
Workham Hotels Ltd has been appointed as the exclusive UK Sales & Marketing Representation Agency for Luxury Resorts & Villas, an exciting new luxury hospitality brand entering the UK market.
We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead the UK sales representation for Luxury Resorts & Villas. Working as part of a five-person commercial team, you will act as an extension of Hotels's global commercial organisation, developing relationships with the UK's luxury travel trade and driving brand awareness, revenue opportunities and long-term partnerships.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven luxury travel sales professional who enjoys launching brands, building strategic partnerships and delivering measurable commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Luxury Resorts & Villas exclusively within the UK market.
- Develop and execute the UK sales strategy in line with Hotels's commercial objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with luxury tour operators, luxury travel agencies, independent agencies, concierge companies, lifestyle management companies, UHNW travel designers, corporate travel buyers, MICE agencies, wedding specialists, premium airlines, luxury consortia and wholesalers.
- Identify and secure strategic luxury lifestyle partnerships and cooperative marketing opportunities.
- Represent the brand at meetings, roadshows, workshops, trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events, sales missions and product launches.
- Organise and support FAM trips, client entertainment and educational events.
- Work closely with the Workham team to coordinate all UK sales activity and support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and recommendations on luxury market positioning.
- Support Hotels Revenue Management with commercial insights relating to pricing, distribution and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate CRM and activity records.
- Produce comprehensive monthly performance reports for both Workham Directors and Hotels Senior Management.

Performance Expectations
The successful candidate will be expected to consistently achieve agreed monthly sales activity targets, including qualified face-to-face meetings, presentations, workshops and commercial pitches across key luxury travel market segments.
They will also contribute to the successful delivery of:
- Four dedicated Hotels brand presentation events annually.
- Luxury travel workshops and trade exhibitions.
- Joint marketing and partner events.
- Sales missions and educational programmes.
- Brand launch activities within the UK market.

Candidate Profile
Essential
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the luxury hospitality or luxury travel sector.
- Previous experience with a luxury hotel brand, luxury resort group or luxury tour operator.
- Demonstrable success in developing new business and managing high-value commercial relationships.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and networking skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify revenue opportunities.
- Highly organised with excellent reporting and CRM management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK, overseas and attend industry events.
Desirable
- Existing relationships within the UK luxury travel trade.
- Experience launching or representing a luxury hospitality brand.
- Knowledge of the UK luxury leisure, concierge and high-net-worth travel markets.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to establish Luxury Resorts & Villas as a recognised luxury brand within the UK market through exceptional relationship management, proactive sales activity, strategic partnerships and measurable commercial growth. You will consistently achieve activity targets, generate qualified sales opportunities and deliver insightful market intelligence that supports Hotels's long-term commercial objectives.
