We are delighted to be supporting our client with their search for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team during an exciting period of growth.
The ideal candidate will have commercial experience in the offshore industry, and will play a crucial role in driving growth across the company's product and service portfolio in the global offshore wind, and oil and gas sectors. Building and maintaining strong relationships will be a key focus, along with generating new business opportunities to ensure the successful delivery of growth targets.

The Sales Manager will:
- Seek out new and maximise existing sales opportunities to grow the business.
- Maximise conversion rate and achieve order intake targets.
- Ensure margins at the point of sale are maximised whilst minimising the contract risks.
- Build strong long-term customer relationships.
- Inspire and support product development initiatives.
- Cross-sell products and services to existing and potential new customers.

- Extensive experience in similar roles in the offshore wind or oil and gas industry.
- Strong proactive drive and hunger to secure work and close-out contracts.
- Experienced in communicating and presenting to audiences at all levels.
- Tactical and strategic sales experience.
- Detailed and methodical towards problem solving.
- Ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to accommodate business needs.
- Passionate about the offshore energy industry.
