Sales Manager | Remote | Commission Only
Spin Digital is looking for a driven Sales Manager to help us grow our client base across the UK.
We are a digital marketing agency specialising in paid advertising, website design and development, SEO, lead generation, social media marketing, email marketing and wider digital growth.
We are looking for someone confident in sales who can take ownership of new business development, build relationships with potential clients and convert opportunities into long term accounts.
This is a fully remote, commission only position with uncapped earning potential. It would suit someone who is commercially minded, confident speaking with business owners and motivated by performance rather than a fixed salary.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities for Spin Digital.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and identifying potential clients
- Reaching out to businesses through LinkedIn, email, telephone and other channels
- Speaking directly with business owners and decision makers
- Understanding a prospect’s current marketing, challenges and growth objectives
- Introducing the most relevant Spin Digital services
- Booking and conducting sales calls
- Preparing and presenting proposals
- Following up with prospects consistently
- Negotiating and closing new client agreements
- Maintaining relationships throughout the sales process
- Working directly with the founders to improve our sales strategy and processes

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision makers
- Comfortable prospecting and creating their own opportunities
- Strong at building relationships
- Persistent without relying on aggressive sales tactics
- Able to understand a business and identify where digital marketing could help
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Organised with follow ups and pipeline management
- Motivated by commission and uncapped earning potential
Previous experience in digital marketing sales, agency sales, B2B sales or business development would be highly valuable.
Understanding Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites, SEO or digital marketing is an advantage, although a strong salesperson who is willing to learn the industry will also be considered.

Commission
This is a commission only position.
There is no fixed salary attached to the role. Earnings are directly linked to the business you generate, with uncapped commission potential.
We want the right person to have a genuine financial incentive to build a strong pipeline, close valuable accounts and grow alongside Spin Digital.
Full details of the commission structure will be discussed during the application process.

Location
Fully Remote
UK based applicants are preferred due to our client base and working hours.
