Help shape the commercial success of one of London's most exciting hospitality brands!

About Arcade

Arcade is a global food and drink destination built around original, chef-led food brands, bold global flavours and unforgettable guest experiences.

Across our London venues, we bring together some of the world's most exciting culinary talent under one roof. Alongside our busy day-to-day trade, we deliver everything from private dining and corporate events to product launches, Christmas parties, venue hires and large-scale celebrations.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to help drive commercial performance across the business.

The Role

The Sales Manager is accountable for growing sales across Arcade. This role owns the sales pipeline from enquiry through to booking, builds relationships with new and existing clients, and works with our venue teams to ensure every booking is delivered well.

The role operates at both a strategic and operational level.

Strategically; it identifies new revenue opportunities, develops corporate relationships, shapes sales activity and supports the commercial direction of the business.

Operationally; it manages enquiries, secures bookings, produces event briefs, works closely with venue teams and ensures every event is delivered to a high standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
