Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential new clients and market opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling (e.g., LinkedIn), and networking events.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline consistently.

Sales Execution and Closing:

  • Conduct effective online and in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that add value.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to close new business deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes.

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for account growth (upselling and cross-selling).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Reporting and Strategy:

  • Accurately track and report on sales activities and pipeline status using our CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Provide regular forecasts and reports to sales management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaign feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Product) to ensure a smooth onboarding process and address customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office/Google Workspace suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is often preferred.
