About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Manager to join our estate agency branch in Cheam Village on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the entire sales process from valuation to completion. You will be responsible for maximising income through various services.
Responsibilities
Our Sales Managers will:
- Identify new instruction opportunities
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Facilitate negotiations between all parties
- Stay informed about local property market trends and prices
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Line manage the Sales Team

Requirements
